National Sales Manager - We are seeking a Outbound National Sales Manager to significantly grow our existing US customer base and channel. This person will be responsible for setting up a representative network from the ground up, expanding our current distribution channel, and agressively targeting and acquiring NEW customers. Minimum 10 years experience in mid to high level outside sales position with focus on business or consumer electronics required. Rep and Channel experience highly desired. Must be computer literate and very familiar with MS Office products. Travel is required. Base plus commission structure would be negotiated.

Support/RMA Technician - We are seeking a hands-on technician for our growing company. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: organizing, operating, managing and improving our current RMA and Tech Support systems. Duties to include: working directly with manufacturing to improve processes and minimize returns, writing process documents, repairing or replacing RMA’s, ordering parts for RMA’s, returning defective parts to vendors, and assisting with day to day production as necessary. This position is customer and company facing so excellent organization, communication and computer skill is required. An Associate's degree, 5 years experience in computer and/or electronics manufacturing support roles, an excellent understanding of Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 7, XPe) and general knowledge of Linux and Mac operating systems are minimum requirements. Compensation will be based on experience/skills.
